A short, plain statement about the personal information this website collects and how it is handled.
What is collected
If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, optional company or organisation and the message you send. Nothing else is requested and no tracking or advertising profiles are built from your visit.
Why it is collected
The information is used for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to you. It is not used for marketing lists, newsletters or automated follow-up.
How it is handled
Messages are stored in a private database that only I can access, and are also visible to me by email. Personal information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as they remain relevant to our correspondence or to an ongoing engagement, and are deleted after that. You can ask me at any time to delete your message and the details it contains.
Your choices
You can request a copy of what I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. If you prefer not to use the form, you are welcome to write or call directly using the details on the contact page.
